My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. However, there were lots of little maintenance issues that could be improved. The service was very courteous and efficient, although they seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. The location, between Mont Royale and the Old Town, was convenient for exploring the city on foot. The dining options were lacking, with a very poor breakfast selection. Despite some downsides, the facilities were decent, offering dry cleaning and valet parking.
